The house dating from 1920s was left unoccupied and abandoned for several months, resulting in permanent damage of its structural elements. With the aim to preserve the character and the value of the dwelling, the client wanted the renovation that would conserve the existing elements, such as stucco and various stone elements. The intervention was soft mix of antique and contemporary. The rooms of the ground floor level were the only to have undergone a more aggressive intervention, in order to create more transparent openings and communication between the rooms. A glass corridor opens towards the garden, thus allowing the owners the view over the nature.
