European award for the use of plaster in architecture 2008
The house was designed in the L shape, oriented in such a way to allow privacy from the street side, and from the side of the future neighborhood. However, it opens towards the south, thus creating an intimate garden and allowing an invaluable source of light. The boundaries between the inside and the outside seem erased, with large openings that allow internal communication via the garden. The night zone block is situated on the side wall of the ground floor level, which encourages its intimate character.
