Architect
Contract: Full time / Part time (Office)
We are looking for a motivated Architect (m/f/d) with at least 3 years professional experience in the design and delivery of educational buildings (HOAI Service Phases 1-5) to support our diverse range of projects across Germany.
Your Profile
- Degree in Architecture (Master's or Diploma)
- Experience in independently delivering HOAI Service Phases 1-5
- Sound knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards for educational buildings in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Proficiency in Archicad and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
Your Responsibilities
Concept Design & Planning Applications
- Developing space programmes and functional requirements.
- Early coordination of fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability requirements.
- Material specification and façade design.
- Preparing concept designs and planning application drawings.
Technical Design
- Preparing construction drawings, including detailed design drawings.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Project Coordination & Administration
- Preparing project and site progress reports.
- Organising and leading project coordination meetings.
- Coordinating project execution.
- Liaising with clients, specialist consultants, utility providers, education authorities, and funding bodies
