How we use your data

When you apply to join our team

When you submit your application, we suggest that you either fill in a free text field on our website or send us an email (hello@metaform.lu). The message or email you send us is free text and allows you to include any information you feel is relevant. We use this information to respond to your request and, if necessary, to contact you to follow up your application. We retain application emails and messages for up to two months after the recruitment process has ended, after which they are permanently deleted.

When we collect your data to open your file

We may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number and any other information necessary to open and manage your file.

When we collect your data to carry out an assignment 

When you entrust us with an assignment, we collect a series of information such as your name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, all information necessary to carry out the assignment entrusted to us.
During the execution of an assignment, your data is kept for a period of ten years to comply with our legal obligations in terms of the retention period for accounting documents or to ensure a ten-year guarantee. However, when you use our website, anonymous, aggregated website usage information may be processed through Cabin Analytics to help us understand how our website is used and improve its performance. Sharing and transferring your data
